Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with Parrotbox.

We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below:

Time Limit: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as food or treats. Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Hoodies, Clothing, Bandanas, Flight Suits, and Feather Protectors

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Manufacturer Returns: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [Your Contact Email].

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at [Your Contact Email].

Shipping: To return your product, please contact us via email for return shipping details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
