This month we have added quite a few new items to our Vitamins and Supplements range of products from Vetafarm. Vitamins and Supplements are necessary for optimum health in young developing birds, mature and older birds alike. Here's a sneak peek at some of the new lines:
SOLUVITE D
Soluvite D is a water-soluble formula that provides additional Vitamin D3, as well as essential vitamins to promote the health of birds housed indoors. Limited exposure to sunlight may result in Vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D has a role in the absorption of Calcium. Calcium is essential for normal growth of healthy bones in young birds and for normal eggshell formation in breeding hens.
SOLUVET
Soluvet is a combination of 12 essential vitamins and Iodine designed by Avian Vets to supplement the diet of all birds. Vitamins are necessary for optimum health in young developing birds, mature and older birds alike.
Soluvet may be added to food or water and is useful as a supplement to aid in recovery from illness.
D NUTRICAL
D Nutrical is used to fortify any food source with calcium, vitamins and minerals. Calcium demand almost doubles during the breeding season and inadequate intake can lead to health problems such as bone weakness or deformities.
MULTIVET
Multivet is a multivitamin, mineral and amino acid supplement designed by avian vets for year round use in all birds, including pets and breeders.
CALCIVET
Calcivet has been formulated to supplement diets of caged birds where levels may be low in calcium and vitamin D3.
